What you will do
- Own conversion-focused messaging across key patient touchpoints from acquisition to long-term retention.
- Translate complex clinical topics into clear, empathetic, and persuasive content that builds patient trust.
- Synthesize research, testimonials, and patient insights to identify and fill gaps in persuasive arguments.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and design teams to optimize conversion metrics through rigorous A/B testing.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone and narrative across all digital formats and channels.
- Implement AI tools to scale content efficiency while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in writing conversion-focused copy for D2C brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across the full customer journey including landing pages and email marketing.
- Ability to balance data-driven optimization with creative, empathetic storytelling.
- Experience working in regulated industries (ideally health, insurance, or fintech).
- Must be located in or based in New South Wales, Australia.
- Expertise in iterating based on performance data and feedback loops.
