What you will do

• Translate business needs into actionable data quality rules, metrics, and remediation plans aligned with governance principles.
• Perform business analysis in data-intensive environments including requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and UAT.
• Conduct data quality profiling, rule definition, scoring, root cause analysis, and remediation planning.
• Manage stakeholders through workshop facilitation, SteerCo reporting, and decision-making support.
• Utilize technical skills including SQL, Power BI, and data governance tools like Microsoft Purview, Collibra, and Informatica.

Requirements

• Must be located in Portugal or able to work hybrid in Lisbon or Porto
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and data quality.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management.
