What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders by deeply understanding their needs and challenges.
- Advise on best practices in digital marketing, UX, platform selection, data analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Audit site performance, run workshops, run experiments, and build dashboards to accelerate client value.
- Guide and involve Solution Consultants, UX/UI Designers, and Insights teams to deliver inspiring, clear, and actionable outputs.
- Use analytics to measure success and continuously refine strategies to improve KPIs like conversion rates and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years in eCommerce consulting with a strong focus on strategy, growth, and hands-on delivery.
- Experience with complex digital transformations and high-profile clients is a plus.
- Skilled at building trust and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable leveraging data and analytics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently.
- Passionate about continuous learning and staying ahead of eCommerce and digital marketing trends.
