We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive People & Culture Coordinator to help strengthen internal communication, support people initiatives, and contribute to an engaging, high-trust culture. If you love coordination, communication, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes — this role is for you.

What you’ll do
— Prepare, schedule, and distribute internal communications (announcements, reminders, recognition posts).
— Assist HR Operations with preparing, organizing, and maintaining employee records and confidential documents.
— Coordinate employee feedback initiatives: manage surveys, collect responses, summarize insights.
— Provide logistical and organizational support for company events, team-building activities, and offsites.
— Maintain and regularly update the internal knowledge base (onboarding materials, policies, FAQs, etc.).
— Collaborate cross-functionally to manage newcomer merch logistics.
— Support ad hoc People & Culture projects, ensuring smooth execution and follow-through.
— Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support wider team and organizational goals.

What you bring
— 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or assistant role (HR, P&C, Internal Comms, Operations preferred).
— Fluent English (C1).
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
— Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
— Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, email newsletters, Slite, or similar platforms.

Test Assignment (3 days): Task evaluating your coordination and communication skills.
Team Interview (up to 60 min): Discussion with your future Team Lead and colleagues to assess fit, workflows, and expectations.
