TA Operations Specialist

📍 Barcelona — Hybrid, The role is based in sunny Barcelona with relocation support available within Europe.

We’re now hiring a TA Operations Specialist — a critical role shaping how Preply hires smarter, faster, and at scale.
What you’ll be doing
— Act as the go-to operational expert for the TA team, supporting daily tools, workflows, and process questions
— Maintain and improve documentation, playbooks, templates, and CustomGPTs
— Identify recurring bottlenecks and design smarter, automated solutions
— Own and optimize Ashby and the full TA tooling ecosystem
— Pilot and evaluate new technologies, including AI solutions
— Partner with IT, Finance and People Ops to ensure smooth integrations and data flows
— Build dashboards and reports for funnel health, hiring velocity, recruiter capacity and quality of hire
— Lead monthly TA reporting and provide insights for People and company-wide reviews
— Support headcount planning, forecasting, and hiring pacing
— Prepare and facilitate TA leadership meetings and process updates
What you need to succeed
— 4+ years in Talent Operations, Recruiting Enablement, People Analytics, HR Ops, or Strategy Consulting
— Proven ability to optimize recruiting processes and introduce automation
— Strong technical aptitude: Ashby (or similar ATS), Looker, advanced Excel/Google Sheets
— Proactive, curious problem-solver with strategic systems thinking
— Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
— Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, operational workflows, and headcount planning
