TL;DR

Junior HR Programs Specialist (Web3, DeFi): Supports the design and coordination of people programs with an accent on employee engagement, learning initiatives, and data-driven operations. Focus on improving HR processes, automating workflows, and producing clear reports and insights in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote. Company hubs in London, Brussels, Singapore, and Paris. Hiring primarily focused on Europe (Brussels, London, Madrid, Milan, Sofia, Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Amsterdam, Porto, Lisbon, Berlin, Paris, Barcelona).

What you will do

  • Coordinate and improve onboarding, engagement, and culture programs.
  • Run internal learning initiatives and track participation and outcomes.
  • Produce regular reports and dashboards related to engagement, learning, and people programs.
  • Support automation and process improvements across HR programs, tools, and workflows.
  • Maintain and improve HR documentation, internal guidelines, and program materials.
  • Assist with internal events, celebrations, and culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Junior–Mid level (0–2 years of experience) with prior experience, education, or internships in HR or a related field (e.g., operations, program coordination, analytics).
  • Strong interest in people programs, culture, learning, and employee engagement.
  • Curious about process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making; comfortable working hands-on with reporting and basic data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (our working language).

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR tools, documentation platforms, analytics tools, or automation solutions.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and working in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.
