What you will do
- Build and maintain high customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
- Provide support via email, live chat, and phone in French and English.
- Answer questions about new features and functionalities and engage with potential customers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, ensuring positive experiences.
- Guide customers in setting up their charging stations with clear instructions.
- Collaborate with other teams, including development, to report product bugs and shortcomings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer contact role.
- Native-level fluency in French is a must.
- High-level English proficiency (spoken and written) required.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly.
- Positive attitude, team player, open to feedback, and eager to learn.
- Energy for working within a scale-up environment.
- MBO+ degree or equivalent level through experience.
- Must be willing to work from the office in Amsterdam.
- Ability to work in the Netherlands without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
