TL;DR

Senior Marketing Scientist (Fintech): Running marketing and growth analytics for a multi-product app with an accent on acquisition efficiency, experimentation strategy, and advanced analytics projects. Location: Hybrid in London, UK (working from home Monday and Friday, in office Tuesday-Thursday)

What you will do

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Execute high-impact analyses in acquisition funnels to inform spend and product evolution.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and cohort studies.
  • Influence data architecture through schema design for better insights.
  • Build scalable data pipelines and transformations.
  • Partner with Product and Credit Managers to drive roadmap prioritization and credit assessments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within a product-led or high-growth tech environment.
  • Deep expertise in analytical methods: funnel optimization, segmentation, cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and regression techniques.
  • High proficiency in SQL and strong command of Python or R.
  • Hands-on experience with DBT and familiarity with data modeling best practices.
  • Skilled in experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, causal inference).
  • Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous problems into structured, data-supported insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in credit marketing (credit cards, loans, car finance etc.).
  • Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok etc.).
  • Experience building or contributing to Marketing Mix Models or incrementality testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data instrumentation and schema design in product development cycles.
