Location: On-site only in Brno, Czech Republic with relocation assistance available for EU citizens.

What you will do

  • Oversee and manage the game development process, focusing on UX/UI and prioritizing design tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between development and design teams, sharing requests and coordinating features.
  • Support the Design Team and Creative Director in managing scope while allowing creative freedom.
  • Evaluate player feedback and analytic data to ensure community-driven development.
  • Improve development efficiency and evolve production techniques.
  • Oversee the delivery of features and manage versatile teams.

Requirements

  • Shipped at least two indie titles or one AA/AAA title on PC or console in a production role.
  • Experience producing FPS games, preferably with an emphasis on realism.
  • Familiarity with design, UX/UI, art, and programming.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in all major stages of development: concept, pre-production, production, and release.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Eligible to work in the EU and willing to relocate to Brno.
