Producer (Game Development)

Location: On-site in Brno, Czech Republic. Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU and be based in Brno or willing to relocate.

hirify.global is a game studio developing AAA PC games, including the immersive tactical FPS Gray Zone Warfare, powered by Unreal Engine 5.

What you will do

• Drive game feature delivery by managing schedules, roadmaps, scope, quality, budgets, and deadlines.
• Coordinate Leads and Production teams, align priorities, and balance workloads across workstreams.
• Run stand-ups, reviews, and post-mortems to maintain team alignment.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, clarify responsibilities, and improve production workflows and tools.
• Communicate project progress and uncertainty while supporting a collaborative development culture.

Requirements

• Production experience as a Producer or in a similar project management role, preferably in games.
• Understanding of delivering complex features across multiple disciplines.
• Practical Agile experience and strong organizational skills for managing dependencies and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Jira, the Atlassian suite, and Google Workspace.
• EU work eligibility is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
