What you will do
- Lead QA strategy and execution for our AA/AAA online and multiplayer game.
- Build, mentor, and manage the QA teams, from initial hiring to ongoing performance management.
- Collaborate with Development, Design, and Production teams to ensure smooth testing cycles and clear communication of issues backed with hard data.
- Define, implement, and improve QA processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Plan and manage QA schedules, resources, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee all areas of QA testing (Functional, DevTest, compliance, etc.).
Requirements
- 5–7 years of game industry QA experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience building QA teams and processes from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale AA/AAA online or multiplayer games.
- Strong understanding of Functional QA and DevTest methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Confluence).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Eligibility to work in the EU (we are not providing visa sponsorship at the moment).
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation is a plus
- Familiarity with console compliance testing and platform certification processes is a plus.
