What you will do
- Provide strategy, direction, and oversight for all Treasury activities across APAC within the Group framework.
- Act as the senior contact and escalation point for senior management and regional stakeholders in APAC.
- Chair the APAC ALCO, represent Treasury in the APAC Risk Committee, and provide regular updates to legal entity boards.
- Manage a team of 10+ people across the Singapore and Tokyo offices.
- Oversee multi-currency processing, settlement, payouts, and manage hedging to mitigate financial and FX risks.
- Own regional and local banking strategy, and provide input on relevant requirements and features into product roadmaps for the APAC region.
Requirements
- 15+ years track record across financial institutions, including managing a Treasury team in an international setup.
- Experience working with senior management, sales, clients, and a multitude of stakeholders.
- Confidence in synthesizing and presenting relevant information to a senior audience.
- Strong financial modeling and analytics experience.
- Highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong judgment and foresight.
- Track record managing a fast-growing team and overseeing controls and mitigating operational and financial risk.
