Location: Sydney (Hybrid friendly). Candidates must have Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or New Zealand residency or those who have a minimum 2.5 years remaining on a valid Australian working visa and do not require sponsorship to work.

What you will do

• Lead technical dashboard training and onboarding for new hires.
• Create role-specific training materials for new and tenured employees.
• Collaborate with managers to create and implement developmental curriculums.
• Analyze and identify appropriate training methods to evoke learning transfer.
• Ensure training materials are current and managed for consistency and accuracy.
• Undertake comprehensive reviews of manager-led sessions to ensure quality standards.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in employee training, coaching, or development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional training partners.
• Experience creating training materials and curricula.

Nice to have

• Formal certifications in training or instructional design.
• Experience with learning and enablement program development.
