What you will do
- Lead technical dashboard training and onboarding for new hires.
- Create role-specific training materials for new and tenured employees.
- Collaborate with managers to create and implement developmental curriculums.
- Analyze and identify appropriate training methods to evoke learning transfer.
- Ensure training materials are current and managed for consistency and accuracy.
- Undertake comprehensive reviews of manager-led sessions to ensure quality standards.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in employee training, coaching, or development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional training partners.
- Experience creating training materials and curricula.

Nice to have
- Formal certifications in training or instructional design.
