What you will do

  • Own full recruiting cycles for Operations roles.
  • Source and engage high-potential candidates to build robust pipelines.
  • Conduct a high volume of candidate screens daily, while maintaining consistency and candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to plan hiring strategies and deliver results.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
  • Design outreach campaigns, campus programs, and referral initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with some exposure to volume / Operations hiring.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail orientation, especially in managing data, candidate handoffs, and feedback loops.
  • Comfort working with metrics and data.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sourcing automation tools, personalization of outreach, or employer branding initiatives.
