What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across development, staging, and production environments (EKS a strong plus).
• Develop platform tooling and abstractions to streamline application deployment and service discovery for developers.
• Optimize autoscaling, resource allocation, and performance for high-performance services.
• Implement security policies (RBAC, network policies, runtime security) to enforce safe and compliant workloads.
• Enhance deployment enablement processes using Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps workflows.
• Own the integration and tuning of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and support resilience strategies.

Requirements

• English: Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing proficiency required.
• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS/EKS experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD/Flux experience.
• Solid understanding of container lifecycle, networking, orchestration, and proficiency with Terraform/Pulumi and scripting (Python, Bash, or Go).

Nice to have

• Experience implementing security controls in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with service mesh architectures or advanced Kubernetes networking.
• Background supporting multi-region or multi-cloud deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
