Middle Manual QA Engineer (FinTech)

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements, create and execute test cases, and report/verify bugs for enterprise-level e-commerce solutions.
• Actively participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project.
• Provide updates to task estimates and status of assigned tasks, collaborating with the project team.
• Provide recommendations to the QA Lead and/or Project Manager to improve QA-related procedures, systems, and tools.
• Estimate separate features and own tasks.
• Maintain a positive, polite, and open-minded communication style.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in manual testing.
• 2+ years of experience with WEB/Mobile application testing.
• Experience with REST/Graphql API (Postman querying).
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher, spoken and written is a must.
• Experience with DB and SQL.
• Experience with Dev tools (e.g., Chrome dev tools).
• Experience in writing test documentation (Master/Level Test plans).
• Knowledge of testing methodologies.
• Experience with performing Root Cause Analysis and Impact analysis.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, microservices, and backend testing.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification.
• Performance testing experience.
• Experience with demo-presentations.
