TL;DR

Manual QA Engineer (Backend): Performing backend testing of systems, including APIs, databases, and interactions with 3rd party systems with an accent on API contract testing and data integrity. Focus on test case creation, analysis of automated test results, and active participation in the development process.

Location: Remote (any location in Ukraine)

What you will do

• Test Back-End (API, databases, API contracts) systems.
• Test interactions with 3rd Party systems.
• Write test cases and test scripts.
• Analyze the results of autotests.
• Actively work with requirements.
• Create and maintain existing test documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Manual QA experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Back-End testing experience.
• Good knowledge and understanding of general testing methodologies and practices.
• Good knowledge of API testing (preferably REST).
• Understanding of client-server interaction, HTTP.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger (or analogues).

Nice to have

• Experience testing iOS / Android applications, Web platforms.
• Experience testing AI integrations.
• Experience working with Allure TestOps / TestRail / Qase.
• Experience working with message brokers such as RabbitMQ / Apache Kafka / Amazon SQS.
