Focus on optimizing multi-channel campaigns, managing funnel performance, and partnering with Sales and RevOps to define MQL/SQL criteria.

What you will do

  • Define and own demand generation strategy and quarterly plans aligned to revenue goals.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, email, and webinars.
  • Manage funnel performance from first touch through pipeline, focusing on conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to establish MQL/SQL criteria and lead routing.
  • Own campaign measurement, reporting, and attribution, and run structured A/B testing programs.
  • Manage channel budgets to achieve CAC and pipeline efficiency targets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B demand generation or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or developer tools.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and improving funnel conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and email nurture.
  • Strong analytics skills and comfort with CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce/HubSpot, Marketo/Pardot).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with Sales and RevOps.
  • Data-driven mindset with an approach to experimentation and measurement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PLG or hybrid motions and product-led funnels.
  • Experience with ABM, intent tools, and targeting technical buyer committees.
  • Experience scaling webinar or community-driven acquisition.
