Salary: €62,000 gross per year minimum

What you will do

• Own strategy, roadmap, and backlog for TBox and related automation capabilities (desktop, web, SAP, APIs, mobile, AI).
• Act as product lead for agile teams, defining epics and user stories, and driving delivery.
• Balance short-term needs (stability, performance) with longer-term initiatives (agentic execution, cloud-first).
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and QA to design feasible and scalable solutions.
• Define how TBox underpins Tosca Cloud and Agentic Test Automation, ensuring AI capabilities generate robust tests.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Engineering on TBox positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise software, including 3+ years owning significant product areas or teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation and/or quality engineering tools.
• Demonstrated experience with Windows client/server and desktop automation; familiarity with web and API automation.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern DevOps/QA practices.
• Proven track record of defining strategy and roadmaps for complex technical products.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (C1 equivalent).

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Tosca, TBox, or model-based test automation.
• Background in automation for SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
• Experience applying AI/ML or “agentic” automation to testing.
• Experience with hybrid/on-prem and cloud products.
