What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend features for customer communication platforms using .NET/C#.
• Actively integrate AI tools into the full software development lifecycle to accelerate coding and planning.
• Solve complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable software enhancements.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems like HubSpot and internal administration tools.
• Optimize and maintain billing and internal administration systems.

Requirements

• Must be located in Latam
• English: B2+ (written and oral)
• 3+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL and Azure
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, CI/CD, and automated testing

Nice to have

• Domain experience in contact center or telecommunications industries (agents, call queues, conferencing).
• Experience with business intelligence tools.
