What you will do

• Build applications to increase agent productivity, drive automation, and deliver impact through full stack development and 3rd party integrations.
• Develop new services using Golang to meet critical product and business needs.
• Design scalable systems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to define the product and technical roadmap.
• Debug extremely difficult technical problems, and make systems and products work better and easier to deploy, own, operate, and diagnose.
• Review feature designs within your product area and across the company for cross-cutting projects, ensuring security and operational integrity.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, and composing a service-oriented architecture.
• Proficiency in Go.
• Experience with third-party vendor integrations.
• Experience with large-scale, high-traffic platforms and implementing scalable, robust services in the real world.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, BuildKite or similar technologies.
• Understanding of rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, metrics, logging, tracing, and debugging.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ) and proficiency in either SQL or NoSQL databases, and understanding of concepts like gRPC, GraphQL, ETL.
