What you will do

• Design, prototype, build, and deliver enterprise projects in the FX area.
• Develop and improve high-quality software solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Contribute to strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.
• Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management.
• Lead collaborative, multi-year assignments and guide less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior DevOps engineer or lead software engineering role with a strong DevOps focus.
• Strong experience with Docker, building & deploying services on Kubernetes.
• Strong working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in a globally distributed environment.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices for code quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with REST, Websockets, Kafka, Solace.
• Knowledge of monolithic and microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitLab.
• Knowledge of Monitoring and Observability Tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk.
