What you will do

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters across production, testing, and development environments.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and overall performance of Kubernetes environments.
• Configure and manage the network stack, including network policies, VPN, and load balancers.
• Automate infrastructure processes in Kubernetes and virtual environments using Ansible and Terraform.
• Implement security best practices, monitoring, backups, and system upgrades/patches.
• Oversee VMware management and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes (VMware Tanzu knowledge is an advantage).
• Operational experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere preferred).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and network policies.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Czech language proficiency is required.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
