HR Generalist (Healthtech)

What you will do

• Support the full employee lifecycle across multiple countries, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation, ensuring accurate employee data in HR systems.
• Act as a point of contact with payroll providers and coordinate all payroll inputs.
• Support benefits administration and respond to employee queries related to compensation.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and internal procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
• Support performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and employee development follow-ups.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Ops, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating payroll and working with external providers.
• Familiarity with Spanish labor regulations; exposure to EU / multi-country setups is a plus.
• Comfortable working with HRIS and digital tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (daily working languages).
