What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for the hirify.global consumer app, translating complex orchestration into a simple mobile experience.
• Own the onboarding and Identity Verification (KYC) journey, turning compliance into seamless user flows.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to set new standards for crypto UX, focusing on UI polish and micro-interactions.
• Make strategic decisions on when to expose crypto concepts (keys, gas, networks) versus abstracting them away.
• Drive user engagement and growth through experimentation with social features, rewards, and gamification.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of data-backed experimentation and product intuition.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management with a specific focus on consumer mobile apps and a history of shipping products to millions.
• Proven experience building products in Fintech or other "High-Trust" environments where users deposit money or sensitive data.
• Strong product taste demonstrated by an obsession with UI polish, micro-interactions, and copy.
• Fluency in optimizing complex signup flows involving identity verification or account linking.
• Ability to balance data analysis (cohort, A/B testing) with strong product intuition for bold decisions.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Curiosity about crypto technology and eagerness to simplify it for mainstream users.
