What you will do

• Implement sales and marketing strategy to maximize potential in the market segment.
• Develop new business, create market demand, and organize evaluation of new products.
• Service existing healthcare personnel and key customers.
• Develop strategic plans and initiatives to gain greater market share and improve revenue generation.
• Manage, coach, and conduct sales team performance appraisals.
• Develop strong working relationships with key opinion leaders in the market.

Requirements

• University Degree or Equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in the Medical Device industry selling Medical Equipment’s.
• Experience in leading a team to achieve targeted market goals.
• Strong track record of delivering sustained profitable growth in the healthcare market.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and other key stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and convey complex clinical information and appreciate market trends.
