What you will do

• Design and develop new features for Arena SaaS applications based on business requirements.
• Optimize application performance and resource utilization to ensure scalability.
• Implement unit and integration test automation to maintain high code quality.
• Debug and resolve product issues and technical defects.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and QA teams to conduct technical design sessions and code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Java development, including Spring Boot and Maven.
• Proven ability to develop clean, reusable, and maintainable source code for enterprise applications.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS application architecture.
• Strong analytical skills for performance tuning and resource optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
