What you will do

• Develop and execute hirify.global's European media strategy and journalist relationships.
• Support public affairs and AI policy engagement, including executive presence at forums.
• Lead external communications to reinforce hirify.global as a destination for world-class technical talent.
• Prepare executives for European media opportunities and speaking engagements.
• Identify and execute strategic speaking opportunities and events in Europe.
• Help establish communications frameworks and processes for scaling hirify.global's growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of external communications experience at hypergrowth tech companies (B2B or B2C SaaS preferred).
• Experience engaging with policymakers, government stakeholders, or multilateral organizations.
• Strong relationships with European tech and business media and track record of securing coverage.
• Proven ability to advise and coach spokespeople for media interviews and public moments.
• Understanding of how external communications drives talent attraction and employer brand.
• Demonstrated extreme ownership, keen attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity and speed.
