Investor Relations Officer

What you will do

• Contribute to developing the Investor Relations strategy, equity story, and IR activities calendar.
• Lead preparation and production of the Annual Report.
• Develop and produce interim reports, investor presentations for quarterly reporting, and the Annual General Meeting.
• Maintain dialogue with equity research analysts, shareholders, and support roadshows, site visits, and investor targeting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Communications, Strategy, Treasury, and senior management on IR topics.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Proven track record in Investor Relations for a listed company, equity research, corporate controlling, or finance.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience.
• Pass security vetting; citizenship obligations may apply for security clearance.
• Interest in the defence industry beneficial.
