What you will do

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing).
• Perform keyword research and optimize bidding strategies across multiple levels (geographic, demographic, device).
• Manage daily account responsibilities, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and maintain Quality Score.
• Write engaging ad copy and optimize CTAs and landing pages for improved conversion rates.
• Monitor, evaluate, and present campaign performance reports, analyzing trends and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other Performance Marketing specialists (SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate) to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing campaigns on Google Ads.
• Proven experience managing monthly budgets of $100k and higher.
• Strong experience in either the Türkiye, Israel, MENA, Romania, France, or Russia markets.
• Fluent English (C1 level) in speaking and writing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Sheets/Excel, and Google Slides/MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• 3+ years experience with PPC Platforms and tools (SA360, Kenshoo, Marin).
• Proficiency in one of the regional languages.
