What you will do

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Naver, and other search platforms.
• Perform keyword research and optimize bids at various levels (keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic).
• Manage daily PPC campaign accounts, ensuring budget adherence and maintaining Quality Score.
• Write engaging ad copy and landing page content to boost click-through-rates and conversion rates.
• Monitor, evaluate, and present campaign performance reports to analyze trends, goals, and opportunities.
• Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and sustain growth across multiple channels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing campaigns on Google Ads.
• Experience in managing monthly budgets of $100k and higher.
• Proven experience with Google Analytics and hands-on experience on advanced 1st party data studies.
• Strong experience in one of the following markets: Türkiye, Israel, MENA, Romania, France, or Russia.
• Fluent English (C1 level) for speaking and writing.
• Operational knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• 3 or more years experience in PPC Platforms and tools (SA360, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.).
• Proficiency in one of the regional languages (e.g., Turkish, Hebrew, Arabic, Romanian, French, Russian) is a huge plus.
