What you will do

• Own the reliability of Digital Audio systems, troubleshooting incidents and tuning performance.
• Build, test, and upgrade infrastructure, supporting releases and recommending improvements.
• Partner with product and tech teams, providing clear technical guidance for roadmap and refinement.
• Lead by influence, leveling up teams in DevOps methods, reducing technical debt, and championing security.
• Participate in an on-call rota for in-hours and out-of-hours incidents.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps/SRE with production ownership and incident response.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a security-minded approach.
• Ability to guide teams, simplify complexity, and align technical decisions to business outcomes.
• Organized, adaptable, and collaborative across product, engineering, and architecture.
• English: B2 required

• Experience in audio/streaming environments.
• Operating within a 24x7 rota.
