Quality Engineer

TL;DR

Quality Engineer (QA Testing): Responsible for testing and ensuring the stability of the hirify.global HUB platform, focusing on developing automated test suites and resolving issues. Focus on proactive issue identification and continuous improvement of QA processes in an agile team environment to deliver a seamless user experience.

Location: Must be based in Mannheim, Germany and work in the office three days a week

What you will do

• Ensure platform quality through testing and detailed reviews of technical documentation.
• Write and execute frontend tests with Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues proactively.
• Lead test planning and risk assessments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies within an agile team.
• Maintain release notes and technical product documentation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software testing principles and best practices in quality assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience in frontend testing with Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript or similar frameworks.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and working within agile methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality standards.
