TL;DR

Solutions Designer (Product): Responsible for the development and delivery of new products and services, as well as improvements to existing ones, with an accent on managing the product design and development team and defining the customer experience. Focus on driving projects forward, facilitating product specifications, and ensuring product-market fit.

Location: Work Mode: Hybrid. Must be based in Manila.

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver new products and services, and improve existing ones.
  • Manage the product design and development team, establishing processes and mechanisms.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, finance, QA) to drive projects forward.
  • Understand customer needs through research, data, A/B testing, and direct interaction.
  • Facilitate product specifications, user stories, and define the customer experience via mock-ups and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with Technology Leads and Test Leads on working architecture and edge case scenarios.
  • Manage product development programs, including scheduling, progress monitoring, and conducting reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong technical background, including the ability to read source code.
  • Previous experience in product and software development, design, or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver successful results.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams to meet strategic objectives.
  • Strong background in process and business operations.
