📌 Role: Operations Product Manager

📍 Location: Manila, Philippines (on-site, at least 10 months/year)

👀 What’s the role about?
We’re looking for a high-energy PM to take full ownership of a product / store format / segment — and run it like your own startup.
You’ll be driving growth, building ops, leading tech — and scaling impact across the Philippines.
💼 Think:
— Launching a new financing product
— Launching new store formats nationwide
— Scaling our footprint by thousands of new locations
— Growing a segment from 0 to 1and then scaling x100
💪 About the team: Partners & Distribution @ Salmon
🔹 Our biggest revenue driver
🔹 3,500+ sales agents in 7,000+ stores
🔹 3× YoY growth target
🔹 Fast, focused, field-tested
🔥 You’ll be doing:
✅ Own the funnel from acquisition to conversion and don't forget about the risks (it's fintech ;))
✅ Lead and disrupt ops with dedicated sales team on the ground
✅ Build tools with our dedicated dev+design+QA squad
✅ Report directly to founders and top mgmt
✅ Launch → Scale → Repeat
👤 Who you are:
⚡️ 2–4 YOE in product / ops / growth / entrepreneurship
⚡️ Hands-on, data-driven, outcomes-first
⚡️ Builder mindset: not afraid of dirty hands or big goals
⚡️ Bonus: you’ve led store launches, product rollouts, or ops at scale
