Requirements
🔹Required
-High level of integrity, as an individual who will be executing smart contract transactions that will impact vault performance.
-Ability to execute simple database queries to independently retrieve structured data to use for client and internal reporting tasks.
-Excellent problem solving skills and common sense
-Detail oriented mindset, with an understanding of the importance of documentation and record keeping e.g. trade logs and evidencing the adherence to written procedures
-Enthusiasm for DeFi and crypto, with an understanding of the on-chain ecosystem
-Hands on experience with on-chain transactions and smart contract interactions
-Demonstrated experience with Gnosis SAFE infrastructure and hardware wallets
-Experience with best execution processes and trading cost analysis
-Self-starter with a strong desire to drive efficiency in internal processes, curious to learn from others in order to build new systematised processes
-Good communicator and critical thinker with a strong work ethic
-Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and multitask to achieve multiple deadlines
-Core hours within a UTC +/- 2 timezone strongly preferred
-Flexibility to be online and support operationally 7 days a week as needed

🔹Preferred
-3 - 5 years of relevant experience as DeFi Operations or Trade Support within crypto and/or on the buyside in TradFi
-Experience with managing vaults, pooled investment strategies and multi-signature mandates is a plus
-Have working knowledge in Python and an interest to expand your technical skills
