What you will do

• Support leading the day-to-day operations of the Staking function.
• Maintain oversight and accountability for our reconciliations review process and operational controls.
• Partner with leadership to identify, design, and lead improvement initiatives.
• Own the problem-solving of distinct Crypto Operations projects.
• Facilitate effective communication across multiple partners.
• Find opportunities to strengthen internal controls and reduce weaknesses & risks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of demonstrated success in crypto operations, brokerage operations, fintech, startups, or related fields.
• General interest or professional working experience in crypto and its various applications.
• Proven experience with SQL, General Ledgers, and Reconciliations.
• Naturally Curious, Proactive & Action-Oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in highly collaborative environments.
• Speaks plainly and truthfully.
