Product Architect VI

TL;DR

Product Architect VI: Building and optimizing architectural support for product development and integration with an accent on technology stack evaluation, customized customer integration mentorship, and deep dive assistance on persistent problems. Focus on defining or evolving product architecture, guiding engineering and product towards business needs, and being responsible for key build decisions.

Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland. Occasional travel (up to 15%) may be required. Ability to work across multiple time zones if required.

What you will do

• Supervise and delegate tasks to the Product Architecture team.
• Lead team expansion through internal and external training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Refine processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and efficacy.
• Define or evolve product architecture based on new requirements or overall system needs.
• Help define specific solutions for customer deployments to guide development.
• Guide engineering and product towards technologies and an architecture that meets business needs, being responsible for key build decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT or a related field.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis or as a product owner managing complex enterprise products or features.
• Solid grasp of product management and agile software development techniques.
• Experience building Cloud products in Azure, AWS, or GCP with hybrid or flexible deployment to on-premise.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland.
