What you will do

• Architect decision trees for complex financial strategies, including tax, equity, and estate planning.
• Train AI agents by reviewing AI-generated advice, correcting its logic, and writing system instructions to prevent hallucinations.
• Solve complex financial edge cases for users, such as AMT crossover points, QSBS stacking, and multi-state tax issues.
• Define industry standards and guardrails for AI interaction within fiduciary advice.

Requirements

• Active CFP license.
• 5+ years of experience creating tailored financial plans.
• Deep expertise in one or more planning domains (e.g., equity compensation, investment, retirement, estate planning).
• Logic-driven approach, capable of explaining the math behind recommendations.
• Tech-forward mindset, viewing AI as a superpower and adept at building complex custom tools.
• Must work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area.
