What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable data models for efficient querying and analysis
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to process large volumes of multi-format user data
• Implement automated data quality checks across the data lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Support data-driven culture by enabling data availability for data scientists, analysts, and product teams
• Contribute to wellbeing mission by fostering a supportive work environment

Requirements

• Must be located in Brazil and able to work remotely within the country
• Proven experience creating robust and scalable data models from business requirements
• Experience with data pipeline tools such as Airflow, EMR, Kafka
• Strong understanding of big data concepts and data consistency maintenance
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate solutions to management
• Motivated to contribute to a data-driven culture and continuous learning
