What you will do

• Support delivery of client XR projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, and documentation.
• Prepare client materials such as status updates, milestone reviews, and onboarding content.
• Track progress and risks, flagging issues and dependencies to senior team members.
• Contribute to improving delivery templates, playbooks, and internal routines.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in IT, economics, science, or related fields.
• Prior experience in project work, consulting, or software delivery.
• Strong organization and reliability in managing parallel tasks.
• Structured, proactive problem solver with clear communication skills.
• Confident in PowerPoint and Excel; Jira/Confluence experience is a plus.
• English: Fluent required; German is a plus.
