What you will do

  • Create a stable, predictable sales system for custom development.
  • Handle complex IT sales from initial discovery to closing.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients at any level, including CIO/CTO/Founders.
  • Think in metrics, forecast the sales pipeline, and work with numbers to ensure predictability.
  • Articulate and translate technical solutions into clear business value and ROI.
  • Maintain a high pace of communication to consistently move the sales process forward.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in custom development, enterprise solutions, or R&D.
  • Confident working effectively in the US market.
  • Ability to speak the language of US business and explain value through ROI.
  • Strong ability to quickly and efficiently establish contact and create a sense of expertise.
  • Proficiency in deep discovery, consultative selling, and multi-stakeholder closing.
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication in English.
