What you will do

• Take ownership of project work, including interactions and impacts on your own work.
• Assist other developers and provide architectural input for whole systems.
• Architect projects and complex subsystems, assessing different approaches.
• Carry out bug fixes and debugging for your own code and others'.
• Actively improve tooling, code, and communication.
• Write technical documentation for project architecture and decisions.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of engineering with JavaScript and/or PHP.
• Expert WordPress knowledge, including internals and the wider ecosystem.
• Expert HTML5 & CSS.
• Solid understanding of MySQL and database-driven applications.
• Extensive experience using RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication in English.
• Proven experience working on large enterprise WordPress development projects.
