What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive UA strategy for global game promotion.
• Run performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for KPIs.
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, and creative performance through A/B testing.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop new creative angles and briefs.
• Collaborate with producers, game designers, and analysts to influence product growth.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in mobile UA or performance marketing for mobile games.
• Proven experience managing large advertising budgets and hitting performance targets.
• Hands-on experience with creatives and briefing production teams.
• Track record of launching and scaling products in global markets.
• Deep understanding of mobile metrics: CPI, CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Retention, ARPU/ARPPU.
• Proficiency with major UA channels: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, IronSource, AppLovin, etc.
• Strong command of analytics tools: Appsflyer/Adjust, Firebase, Tableau/Looker, Excel/Sheets.

Nice to have

• Experience with game launches: soft launch and global launch.
• Understanding of football audiences and the global mobile sports games market.
