What you will do

  • Support global users via chat and email to ensure their success with hirify.global.
  • Identify and explore sales opportunities from support conversations and hand over leads to the Sales team.
  • Build understanding of user needs and share insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Assist the Stockholm team with administrative tasks like payments and invoicing.
  • Participate in team initiatives and projects to improve support functions.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 expected).
  • Solid technical understanding of websites and digital products for effective troubleshooting.
  • Genuine passion for customer service with ambition for revenue-generating impact.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to company building.

Nice to have

  • Previous exposure to sales or commercial roles, or experience in a B2B environment.
