What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute major industry conferences, including sponsorship management and logistical arrangements.
• Organize company-hosted events to boost awareness and strengthen client and partner relations.
• Manage travel arrangements and provide on-site support for executives and team members during events.
• Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to develop creative event concepts and branded materials.
• Oversee the production and inventory of corporate merchandise.
• Evaluate event performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in event management, corporate events, or conference organization (fintech or B2B experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
• Great communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• English: B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
