What you will do

• Take full responsibility for the development of a mobile product from idea to launch and optimization.
• Launch features end-to-end: prioritize, set tasks in Jira, coordinate the team, and release to production.
• Conduct A/B tests, generate, validate, and process product hypotheses.
• Work with key product metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Interact with stakeholders (development, marketing, analytics, content) and agree on priorities.
• Generate and optimize leads through product mechanics and experiments.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager on a mobile product (iOS / Android) from 2+ years.
• Understanding of key product metrics, ability to do analysis and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with A/B tests and experiments: hypothesis formation → launch → analysis → solution.
• Stakeholder management: ability to agree on priorities between product, marketing, analytics, creative/content.
• Understanding of technical constraints (API, backend/frontend logic) at a level to qualitatively set tasks and accept trade-offs.
• End-to-end delivery: launch of features "from scratch to production" + optimization by metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile app monetization: pricing, offers, promos, winback.
• Experience with the freemium model.
• Experience launching new markets / localizations.
