Product Manager (UAV)

On-site in Kyiv, Ukraine. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product development of fixed-wing UAV platform under tight deadlines.
• Collect and prioritize capability requests from military stakeholders into product backlog.
• Define system requirements, feasibility analysis, MVP design, and platform revisions.
• Collaborate with European teams and multidisciplinary engineering groups to align roadmap.
• Own Jira backlog, refine based on field feedback, and track implementation progress.
• Coordinate system integration, testing, and rapid R&D cycles with end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Manager/Product Owner, Systems Engineer, or Technical PM in UAV/aerospace/hardware.
• Hands-on UAV development experience (preferably fixed-wing) from concept to deployment.
• Understanding of UAV architecture: airframe, propulsion, avionics, control, payload.
• Experience in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and Agile in engineering teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, backlog management, and structured requirements.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in system validation including ground/flight testing.

• Direct UAV/unmanned systems development or mission-critical platforms.
