What you will do

• Develop and optimize AI products leveraging Python, Databricks, and PySpark.
• Implement and manage solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and MLFlow for LLM training and deployment.
• Design and integrate LLM guardrails and multi-agent systems.
• Utilize SQL for data management within MySQL and Databricks environments.
• Contribute to reducing AI/ML technical debt and improving MLOps practices.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with Databricks (PySpark, Notebooks, Unity Catalog).
• Practical experience with LangChain & LangGraph.
• Hands-on MLFlow experience (training, tracking, endpoints).
• Good SQL knowledge (MySQL and Databricks SQL).
• Understanding of LLM guardrails and multi-agent systems.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating or fine-tuning LLMs (Llama, GPT, Gemini).
• Familiarity with NLQ systems, AI Assistants, and Marketing Mix Modelling.
• Knowledge of vector databases, NestJS/Prisma, or mixed-model architectures.
• Experience reducing AI/ML technical debt or working with Copilot/Gemini-in-IDE.
• Experience writing tests and using GitHub workflows (CI/CD).
