Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• hirify.globalg>Over 10 years of experiencehirify.globalg> building and optimising high-performance and availability tech systems.
• Proven experience as a Principal Engineer, including building and scaling high-traffic services from the ground up.
• Strhirify.globalg problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate exceptihirify.globalally well in hirify.globalg>English (C1 required)hirify.globalg>.
• Proficiency in more than hirify.globale Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) language or TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, GCP, and Kafka Stream.
• Experience in strategies to attract and retain top-tier engineering talent and commitment to mentorship.
