What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for digital healthcare brands, managing complexity across multiple platforms.
• Drive high-quality execution for mobile and web products to ensure scalability and usability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical stakeholders to identify problems and release features.
• Rapidly iterate on design solutions and mentor team members through high-stakes design initiatives.
• Translate complex clinical requirements into clear, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a product designer on complex, high-stakes initiatives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating rigor in exploration, validation, and design execution.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines including engineering, content design, and product management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of design processes and pragmatic decision-making skills.
