What you will do

• Lead high-impact data science projects, owning the scoping and delivery of models and data pipelines.
• Define technical standards, methodologies, and best practices for reproducible, production-ready data science.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into actionable data science solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and ML Ops to deploy models and monitor performance in production environments.
• Mentor and develop data scientists and analysts through coaching and technical guidance.
• Drive strategic data-driven improvements across the product roadmap and clinical operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and modern machine learning libraries.
• Proven track record of delivering models that drive measurable product or business outcomes.
• Experience working in production environments with cloud infrastructure like Google Cloud.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
